Sydneys favourite chocolate shop turns 50.


The doors were first opened in May 1958 when Jim Parry took on a 20 year lease. Milkshakes, sodas, ice cream and sundaes still remain a core part of the business.

In 1969, the business was sold to a local family who added "candy store" to the name of the business. They added a wide range of chocolates, candies, easter specials and fruit drinks.   The Eagle Has Landed
     
2004 saw the business taken over by a team who have made some significant changes. Adding fine espresso, more imported candies and specialty drinks & the business continues to thrive.   Parry turns 50 in May 2008. Come in and enjoy a Milkshake.
